I committed to 12 training sessions with John 7 weeks ago. It is the first time I have worked with a trainer. I used to work out regularly on my own a number of years ago, mostly free weights, some machines, and cardio. I joined the gym last August and was working out twice a week, using the machines instead of free weights. I wasn’t seeing any changes in my weight or muscle tone. Then I noticed the banner posted on the front wall and decided to speak with John.
I completed the 12 sessions this past Saturday and committed to another twelve. John focuses on the core and I love it. I feel my posture has improved and my core is stronger. I am using free weights again which is my preference. John’s trainings are always different. There is something new each time. He pushes and encourages. The full body moves are a workout! He is a great resource for variations on exercises and nutrition.
I have lost weight and fat mass. Friends who are members of the gym have watched my training sessions with John. They’ve questioned me and I’ve suggested they give John a try.
