Spin for the first 30 minutes as you are led through a great warmup then a nice varied ride guaranteed to get your heart rate up. At 8:30 the class shifts and Linda will incorporate swiss balls into a workout designed to work your arms and core. Do the entire class for a full body workout. Only have 30 minutes? Spin the first half or join for the second half.

Great Music, Great video’s on a huge screen. We also feature Schwinn AC performance Pro Spin bikes, the best bike out there.

Lower and upper body, 30 minutes on the legs then 30 minutes on your core, chest, and arms, let Linda motivate you for a great ride then shift gears to an upper body workout using military inspired TRX body weight exercises.
