Why a group weight loss program?
It’s proven, that it’s easier to stick with a weight loss plan when you have support, so why take the journey alone? With the support of others looking to shed some pounds and our team of experienced certified instructors and trainers, you’ll gain all of the benefits that small group personal training has to offer. Plus you’ll receive nutritional guidance, weekly motivational emails and exercise tips that are key to turning your weight loss dreams into a reality.
Why our weight loss program?
Members and non-members are invited to join the weight loss program where they will be placed on either a morning team or an afternoon team. Teams will meet once a week with a group fitness instructor and once a week with a Dietitian. You will be encouraged to utilize the gym and fitness classes at least two other days of the week. WF staff will also be available for equipment orientation. It starts with baby steps for the fitness novice, and at the end of the 90 days you will be comfortable and confident in any gym you go into.
