Mindfulness Yoga with Sherry

De-stress for 30 to 60 minutes in this lunchtime, class. 12:00 to 12:15 will be a time to arrive and meditate / relax. From 12:15 to 12:45, you will be led through breathing and basic yoga moves designed to stretch your muscles and keep you calm, centered and grounded in your breath. From 12:45 to 1:00, you may leave, meditate, or rest.
Don’t have time for lunch? Order one of our complete meal in a cup smoothies, before class and pick it up on your way back to work! A walk to the gym, meditation, and healthy lunch make this a win, win, win!
