Join JJ as she moves into Part Two of this meditative series, (You can still participate if you missed session 1)
Part One-Guided mindfulness movements – opening program to bring your body and mind together into deeper calmness and presence with gentle bends and stretches.
Part Two-Traditional Chinese Medicine based exercise – to activate acupuncture meridians, regulate chi/energy flow, improve cardiovascular wellness, and stimulate blood circulation.
Part Three-Guided body scanning with healing bowl(s) – the final part of this program is to relax muscles, relieve tensions and ease stresses.
