Join us for a 30 minute Spin class that focuses on your lower body and raising your heart rate for a great cardio workout. Then we put the bikes away and Linda will lead you through an upper body workout designed to help strengthen your core and arms. Let us motivate and guide you through a great class. Can’t stay for the whole hour? No problem, come for the first 30 or join us for the second half of the class.

Don’t forget a refuel and recover smoothie after you are finished!
