Spin for the first 30 minutes as you are led through a great warm up then a nice varied ride guaranteed to get your heart rate up. At 1230 the class shifts and Linda will incorporate TRX straps  into a workout designed to work your arms and core using your own body weight. 

Only have 30 minutes? Spin the first half or join for just the second half.
