I had the privilege of working with Lindsey Rago at Wildcat Fitness in Durham New Hampshire for a 7am photo session yesterday. Lindsey just competed in the Jay Cutler Classic and won the Overall Bikini title betting out of 80 other girls. Spin for 30 minutes then Strength work for 30 minutes. Do the entire class, or come for your favorite 1/2. This is a great class designed to work your lower body and get your heart rate up and then the focus shifts to your upper body.
