Do candy canes make it hard to stay away from the sweets jar this time of year? Instead, reach for peppermint tea. Peppermint tea has that same great peppermint flavor for zero calories. Plus it’s a great warm option for a cold day! Switching from the candy to the tea will save you 60 calories and 14g of sugar.
Is creamy eggnog your holiday drink of choice? Then you’ll want to try a healthier nog option, such as Silk Nog. It’s just as rich and creamy as traditional eggnog, but it’s made from soy milk, so it’ll save you 100 calories and 10g of fat per serving!
