Barre (pronounced bar) fuses Pilates, ballet, calisthenics and yoga to streamline, firm, tighten and tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. It’s a 50-minute total-body workout that will tone the hard-to-target muscles. Anyone, no matter their age, weight, or fitness level—can hit the barre and get results

Barre is a full-body, core-stabilizing workout combining pilates, isometric movements, and a little bit of yoga. It is designed to work your upper and lower body, glutes and abs to their point of exhaustion. The result is a long, lean, more flexible (and less injury prone) physique, along with improved flexibility and posture.

Barre will tone the hard-to-target muscles. Anyone, no matter their age, weight, or fitness level—can hit the barre and get results. No tapshoes, leotards, or any fancy footwork required.

Are you looking for a class that helps older-adult participants with balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and strength training? Senior Strength is a dynamic combination of strength development and cardiovascular conditioning for the active older adult.  Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing are offered for resistance.
