Wildcat Fitness – Durham’s Community Gym
Using both free weights and your own body weight, you will move through strength exercises to build lean muscle and sculpt your entire body. This is followed by 15 minutes of HIIT drills to burn calories and torch fat. If you can only get to the gym once this week, this is your class. Be ready to work!
Barefoot Bootcamp! PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will use your own body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every muscle, big and small. Modifications make PIYO appropriate for all fitness levels.
